Our digital services include, but are not limited to, website development, branding, social media management, marketing, computer systems, and mobile phones. Physical products may include computer hardware, mobile devices, and related accessories.
Delivery Methods:
Digital deliverables are shared electronically via email, secure cloud storage, or client dashboard.
Physical products are delivered through our physical store or trusted courier to the address provided by the client.
Timelines:
Project and delivery timelines are agreed upon in your Service Agreement.
Delays due to late client feedback, missing content, or courier issues may affect overall delivery time.
Delivery Format:
Final digital files are sent after full or milestone-based payments.
Physical product dispatch occurs after full payment unless otherwise agreed.
You will receive a detailed delivery confirmation (email or physical invoice) with all files, tracking details, and instructions.
Post-Delivery Support:
We offer a revision period for digital services based on your selected package.
Minor tweaks are handled within this period at no extra charge.
For physical products, support is subject to warranty or return/exchange policy as stated at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Here’s how cancellations work:
Before the Project Starts:
You may request to cancel before work begins. In such cases, we will review the request and process it accordingly.
During an Ongoing Project:
If cancellation is requested during the course of a project, any work already completed will be billed based on the progress made. Remaining portions may be reviewed for potential adjustment.
How to Request Cancellation:

All requests are acknowledged and processed within 5 business days.
Return Policy
We offer both digital services and physical products. Each has distinct handling guidelines:
Digital Services:
Due to the nature of digital services, returns do not apply in the traditional sense. Once a service is delivered or a digital asset is provided, it cannot be physically returned. However, we offer revisions as per the limits outlined in your service package.
Physical Products:
Returns for physical items such as computer hardware or mobile devices are handled on a case-by-case basis. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 5 business days of delivery. Return eligibility will depend on the product type, condition, and warranty terms.
If You’re Not Satisfied:
For digital services, please reach out within 5 business days of delivery to request any eligible revisions.
For physical products, contact us promptly at marhaba@cplus.ae to report any issues, and we will guide you through the next steps based on our return and warranty guidelines.
Refund Policy
At Computer Plus Trading LLC, we strive for complete client satisfaction. However, as a service-based provider offering both digital and physical products, we follow a structured refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
Full Refund:
A full refund may be considered only if the project is canceled before any work has commenced and no resources have been allocated.
Partial Refund:
If a project is canceled after it has started, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion. Deductions will be made for work completed, time invested, and any third-party costs already incurred.
No Refund:
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
The project is marked as complete.
Final approval or acceptance has been provided by the client.
Delays, disruptions, or lack of communication on the client’s end impact project delivery.
For physical products once used, unsealed, or damaged after delivery.
Refund Request Process:
Submit your request via email to marhaba@cplus.ae, including your project reference and reason for the request.
Each request is reviewed within 5–7 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Service Agreement & Final Note
Every project at Computer Plus Trading LLC begins with a formal Service Agreement that defines scope, payment terms, revisions, and delivery expectations. This signed agreement takes precedence over the general policy above.
